We want you to be satisfied with your product and we stand behind them! If you have received a damaged item, please call us at (828) 443-7258 or send us an email via the Contact tab on our Homepage. We love our customers and will always do our best take care of them by dealing with each situation fairly and responsibly.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Please double check item/color selection/size before adding to cart. Store credit never expires. We get weekly new arrivals and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn’t work out!

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

If you wish to Return an item within the 14 day allotted time frame you may:

  1. Send an email to alexanderbrookeboutique@gmail.com with ATTN:RETURN in subject field. Please include your name, email address (the one used to place the order) and the reason for the return.

  2. If possible, utilize the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes when packaging them for the return shipment.

  3. Ship back (with tracking confirmation) to:

  4. Please allow 3 business days once the shipment arrives to our store to process your returned item(s). A digital E Gift Card will be issued to the email address provided at the time of the original order unless otherwise noted in the return package.

    HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

    You may expect an email with an E Gift Card for the total amount of store credit within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our store. Store Credit is calculated to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered as it must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

    ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

    • We will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery for a store credit only.

    • The return will be Processed within 3 business days of receiving the item.

    • Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

    • WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGIONAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. THE AMOUNT OF YOUR STORE CREDIT IS ONLY FOR THE ITEM(S) THAT YOU PURCHASED.

    • SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs. If you are returning a damaged item we will email you a return shipping label that you can print.

    • Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached.

    • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the product. If the shipping label has been placed on the original shoe box the return will not be accepted.

    • We do not offer exchanges. When you receive your store credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.

    • Store Credit does not expire.

    • Alexander Brooke is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
